From I-40 take the exit 148.
This only goes in one direction and will take you to the park after about 1 mile.  The offramp  says to “Blythe”.

Coming from Arizona it is the next offramp after the California Inspection Station.

Coming from the South:  US Highway 95 North  about 45 miles north of Vidal Junction until you reach Calizona.
